Shabu Shabu

I think we need to start off 'Food Fighters' with our #1 meal of the year... SHABU SHABU! The thought of not eating it ever again is a thought not worth thinking. I won't miss much about Korea but I know I will miss the sweet and spicy orange sauce, the pillow-y goodness of the sweet potato and cheese rice cakes, the delicious greens and the melt in your mouth beefy goodness that floats inside the incredible and mysterious broth! When I think of our year in Seoul, I will think of Shabu Shabu! I would also like to give a shout out to our second favourite Korean meal, Jjim Dak. Although not as popular with our crew, it's deliciousness will always be remembered. - Megan
